The Eskil Board

The Board of Eskil consists of representatives from the founding companies. The main role of the Eskil Board is to set and guide the Mission and the Strategy, determine its policies and monitor their implementation.

It is also responsible for ensuring that procedures and processes are in place for the protection of the Company’s assets and reputation and that all relevant legislations, regulations and best international practices are complied with.

Sue Smith MBE was appointed into the post of Chair of Eskil in 2017 and she has already contributed the article on leadership development.

Neil Fogarty is CEO of Eskil with a focus on building the international markets and this includes strategic partnerships with such organisations as MSA University in Cairo as well as leading Eskil’s commitment to the Association for Business Psychology.  He writes widely on a variety of topics including ethics, governance, leadership, and strategy.
